Walk-Through Consultation for Home Buyers
Wouldn’t it be great to know what you’re getting into before putting an offer in on a home?
Fortunately, you can!
Brian will meet you at the property you’re considering and, together, walk through the home with you, performing an in-depth assessment from top to bottom, inside and out.
He’ll point out the strengths and weaknesses of the home, identify potential problems, and look for things like asbestos, past flooding, water damage, electrical and plumbing issues that may be difficult to see or hidden behind the walls.
Brian will also help you see what’s possible for the home, as well as give you cost estimates to fix any issues along with any desired upgrades to the home.
Once the walk-through is complete, you’ll receive a one-page written summary to review whenever you wish.
Consultation Rates:
Two-room walk-through (approximately 60 minutes): $500
Full-house walk-through (Between 1-3 hours): $1,000
Walk-Through Consultation for Home Remodeling
Have you been dreaming up ways to remodel your home but want to know what is actually realistic from a construction and cost standpoint?
We can help you with that.
Brian will meet you at your home and discuss the possibilities. He’ll help you identify your biggest needs and wants in the room or rooms you’d like to remodel and explore the various options you have to bring your vision to life within your budget.
From bathroom and kitchen upgrades to tile, flooring, painting, windows and more, Brian will provide accurate cost estimates for everything you’ll need.
If needed, Brian can access experienced tradesmen, designers, and architects to confirm possibilities and cost, as well as provide proposals to do the work.
Once the walk-through is complete, you’ll receive a one-page written summary to review whenever you wish
